The Plan Covers Many Preventative Treatments & Discounts Restorative & Cosmetic Dentistry
Our membership plan covers two standard adult cleanings and exams, two children’s cleanings, two fluoride treatments, and one emergency exam. The plan also covers full-mouth X-rays (one/three years), bitewings (one/yearly), periapical (first film + two additional yearly), and pano (one/three years).
Need restorative and cosmetic dentistry? Our membership plan discounts many of these services. You’ll get 80% off periodontal maintenance (four/yearly); 20% off dental sealants; and 20% off treatments like fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals, implants, and more. You also get 10% off cosmetic dentistry and $800 off Invisalign or ClearCorrect.
You Can Pay Monthly or in Full
Annual membership dues vary. The first family member costs $480/year ($408 if paid in full) or 12 payments of $40. For the second family member, it’s $300/year ($255 if paid in full) or 12 payments of $25. Each additional family member costs $270/year ($229.50 if paid in full) or 12 payments of $22.50. We also offer an additional perio plan for $210/year ($200 if paid in full) or 12 payments of $17.50. To use the family plan, all family members must live in the same household.
